Patient Care Dashboard

The Patient Care Dashboard is a flexible MPage that displays numerous nursing, quality and patient care metrics in real time. The Dashboard currently pulls in patient level information on medication reconciliation, activity, diet, quality measures, falls, central lines, urinary catheters, pressure ulcers, isolation, ventilator, restraints, sitter, readmission risk and pending discharge.

It displays alerts, compliance indicators and color changes for out-of-range values, which can only be cleared by completion of deficiency. There are additional metrics under development to include sepsis, immunizations, suicide risk, advanced directives, VTE prophylaxis and scheduled procedures.
